Traditionally, the tailor outfitted all the men and older boys on the Inis Meáin Island in tweed. The new Bréidín Shirt Jacket pays homage to this tradition and style. Body knitted in flat stitch with a distinctive button band. In plain stitch for emphasis, the collar is structured to retain its clean shape. Finished with side vents and natural buffalo horn buttons. Crafted from a blend of super geelong merino wool and cashmere made to the highest European environmental standards using only organic and premium quality dyes.
Available in Storm, a dark grey mix, with a lighter grey collar. Made and hand-finished in our Aran Islands workshop.
