The health and safety of our customers and our team is our main priority at this time and Galvinformen.com has implemented measures for collecting and dispatching orders in line with government guidelines.
We are working hard behind the scenes to process and dispatch all orders as safely and quickly as possible. For in-store click & collect orders please wait until you receive notification that your order is ready before you collect. This usually happens within 24 hours.

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland Orders Via DPD or An Post
Orders placed in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland will be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 3pm on Monday to Thursday, or dispatched the next day if received after 3pm.
Orders should be received by the customer within 2-3 working days. Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday, or orders placed the day before or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next available day.
Bank Holidays include: St. Patrick's Day, Easter Monday, May Bank Holiday, June Bank Holiday, August Bank Holiday, October Bank Holiday, Christmas Day, St. Stephen's Day and New Year's Day.
Any item(s) undelivered by our courier partners must be received back in order for us to issue a refund or resend the item(s). If an item(s) is lost during the delivery process then refunds can only be issued once the case is closed with our delivery partners.
**Please note that our courier currently does not deliver to Parcel Motel**
United Kingdom(Mainland) Orders Via DPD or An Post
Orders placed in the UK(Mainland only), are subject to a delivery charge of €10. All orders received before 3 pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched on the same day. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday if on a bank holiday.
Please note that due to Brexit there may be delays receiving your order. Additional charges may also be added at the time of delivery that may include VAT or customs & excise duties that are beyond our control. Similar charges may apply if you wish to return any item relating to import transport fees.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we cannot redirect items once dispatched. For security purposes, we may need to contact card providers to confirm your details.
During periods of sale, some delays can occur or some items may be out of stock. Every effort is made to limit these occurrences.
Galvin For Men do not offer free returns but we are happy for you to return any item you purchase from our site within 14 calendar days of receiving it. During this period you can return the item for any reason. If you return any item because of a change of mind you will have to pay the cost of returning it. There will be no charge for returning an item that is faulty. All items however will be checked before shipping to ensure they are as described and are free from damage or faults. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags and packaging must be fully attached and as new. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing. Please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, fragrance, or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Exceptions: In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:
Underwear once the original sealed packaging and tags have been opened or removed.Fragrance cannot be returned once original sealed packaging/tags have been removed.Hats, caps or Masks unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged unless faulty.ExchangesIf you have ordered the incorrect size or colour we recommend placing a new order for the desired item. You can then return the original item(s) and receive a full refund.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be issued and processed to your original payment method. No refunds are issued on delivery charges unless the item was returned as faulty.
If you have purchased from our online site you can make a return either in-store, via An Post or through a parcel or courier service. Our delivery partner is DPD. You must have your order number and a completed Returns form with your returned item.
** Please note, if you purchased an item in-store you can only return the item back to the store **
Returning items in-store
You are able to return any item you purchased in-store immediately provided you have your dispatch note and goods for return are in a resalable condition, unopened with tags and undamaged. Our store assistants will refund your original payment card or help you find an alternative. Refunds to cards can take 3-5 working days to process and are the responsibility of your card provider. If you do not have your original payment method with you and still wish to make a return, a Galvin gift card will be offered.
